What is a token?
One token equals one full video analysis (regardless of the video’s length) or three Konny chat messages. Your monthly token allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly subscription tokens roll over up to a maximum of 2x your plan’s monthly allowance.
First-time subscribers receive a one-time 10% bonus on the first monthly subscription allocation only. The bonus does not repeat on renewals.
You can buy prepaid top-up tokens once you have an active subscription; top-ups stack with your subscription balance.
Billing & renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via the payment method you authorise at checkout. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle — you continue to have full access until then.
All amounts shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
Pricing changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices, plans, token allocations and bundled features at any time and without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate price changes via the Service or by email before they apply to your next renewal. If you don’t accept a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, provided that no credits/tokens have been consumed during that period. See our Refund Policy for the full details and how to request a refund.
Service availability
Konny is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not offer or commit to any service-level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime. Occasional downtime, maintenance windows or delays in processing do not entitle you to a credit or refund, save where required by South African law. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
